        I go to this Post Office several times a month and always get my parcels delivered there for me to pick. Staff are usually very helpful although they may be short staffed sometimes.

        I think the manager in here needs to be given both management training & customer service training. A few weeks ago I witnessed her being extremely rude to a staff member, then also rude & quite condescending a few moments later with me. Everyone has a right to a bad day but you shouldnt project your bad day onto others, even more so in a customer facing role.

        I only wanted a book of stamps. No one serving at the counter 2 people behind but refused to serve. I had to wait 30 mins!!!! I was at the front of the queue I felt sorry for all the people behind me. I was waiting for the travel counter to serve me stamps not the post office counter - the staff member who told me this was rude
