Holyport Post Office

The lady at this post office is so rude. Avoid if you can. I only use if I really need to when im in the area. Was there this morning and she had already been very rude to the customer before me and proceeded to be rude to me.

stay away from this post office, have been posting parcels for years, and since using this post office for only 2 months, have lost 5 parcels already, One of the staff member tall asian guy is extremely rude.

Post office opening times are all wrong on google and RM website. Was rudely told to come back tomorrow. Will go else where in future.

As a few others have stated, 1 or 0 stars for the tall guy at the counter (who seems to be mentioned in several other reviews too). I had to drop an urgent post off and I was in the shop 12 minutes before 9:00pm which is their official closing time. They were open and had other customers in the shop too. This person asked me to come back tomorrow in a rude tone. I pointed out to him that they are supposed to be open until 9:00 as per their own website. He lied to my face that it's not right and that the post office closes at 8:00 pm. It was clear that he was too lazy to serve me at that time. I would've at least appreciated it if he was honest and polite about it. I'll make sure I avoid this shop at all cost in the future even if that means driving down further to either Windsor or Maidenhead where I won't have to deal with such rude people.
