        Sergeant Patel 7990 is an aggressive bully. 12 years since the PINAC memo was circulated and STILL officers have either no clue or just don't give a toss for our rights in the UK. Walking right up and getting inches from Koleeberks face, no mask on, with Covid still rife in the country. He didn't care about that though, he just had to let his ego run away with him to bully and intimidate a member of the public who was doing NOTHING ILLEGAL! Then decided to come back for a 2nd intimidation exercise. Disgraceful but unsurprising stuff.
