I have seen all the positive reviews (mostly from years ago) and decided to call to ask if they install magnetic filters into boilers. The person replied that he has "no idea what that is" and that they charge 99.99 per hour. I then went on to try and explain and see if I could get a quotation for the whole job and the person raised his voice and in very rude way just repeated what he had said earlier. Can't believe they hire someone to treat potential customers like that.
