Totally agree the phone is never answered! Supposed to be open from 7am absolutely terrible service.

Such a rude person I spoke to on the phone. Asked my surname which she then proceeded to spell, then asked me to spell it for her and before I could do so she repeated for me to spell it! I'm going change pharmacies.

They dont do a zero, because thats what I would have given, I dont normally use this pharmacy, but having gone to boots and Superdrugs, they were both closed. Went to Lloyds in Sainsburys. The pharmacist was on a break for 30 minutes. I couldnt wait around for 30 minutes due to transport issues. Went today 11/7/22. My husband took my prescription to the pharmacy, The pharmacist said that will be 30 minutes.( still waiting 40 minutes later) my husband ask why it will take so long, he said he was on his own and the prescription was dated yesterday, why wasnt it done then! None of his business really , but as above, it was closed. To add insult to injury, he did a consultation in the time. He also had an argument with another customer. How rude was this pharmacist having to wait 40 minutes for 28 tablets is pathetic. It will be the fist and last time I use this pharmacy.

Very helpful and friendly service. Regardless if I needed advice, urgent repeated prescription or even phone consultation, they have always been people I can trust and rely to give me the correct advice.
