Park Pharmacy

I have been to this pharmacy quite a number of times in the past few weeks, as my doctor has instructed me to get a range of blood pressure readings to find out if I need medication. They were usually very friendly and helpful before. However, my GP recently told me to have my blood pressure tested twice a day. After coming at 5pm to have the second reading today, I've been told that they are too short staffed, they do not legally need to do the test, and it depends on whether staff feel kind or not. I'm grateful for their previous help, but it seems that your mileage will vary depending on when you arrive at the store and who you speak to.

Been going to Park pharmacy for years and years and they have always been friendly, helpful and efficient.

Woman at the pharmacy did not want to help me at all - rushed me out of the pharmacy as quick as she could. Spoke to 111 they told me this woman could have offered me a urgent prescription and how she treated me was not acceptable
