        Reggie the westie has been going to penny for 8 years Sadly we moved away a year ago I tried another groomer where we now live But sadly it was a total disaster and we ended up at the vets But today we drove back to Penny (2 1/2 hour round trip ) And had a fabulous groom and Reggie was not stressed at all Thankyou Penny Relieved dog mummy See you next time

        Very disappointed with my second and last experience with the standard of grooming. Such a shame because the first visit was really good. Less than an hour from drop off to collection at 50 for a 'westie' cut left clipper tracks all over and 4/5 areas where deep chunks of fur was missing from her coat. My only consolation is that her fur will grow back eventually. Bad workmanship is plain to see and I will tell everone where it was done so others can avoid!

        This was our first experience at a dog groomers for our 6 year old Golden Retriever and Im so pleased we chose Penny. She is professional, confident and calm throughout the process and Henry showed no signs of nervousness. He looks absolutely beautiful. Its just a pity its raining yoday! Looking forward to seeing Penny again soon. Highly recommend.
