        At 56 I had never been in gym when I started training with Rhianna nearly a year ago. I was nervous and Rhianna has patiently put me through my paces to build up my stamina and strength. She always has a plan and gentle pushes me to do things I didn't think possible. Rhianna is professional and we always have a laugh ....... Thanks Rhianna

        BBF are great, I got in touch as I really needed a personal trainer who could work around my hectic family life of twins and work. They were quick to respond and straight away said they would be able to find a personal trainer for me to work with at home. I didn't know how it would work training at home but Rhianna has been brilliant, each week our sessions are varied and fun and Rhianna is so positive and motivating. would definitely recommend BBF.

        Ben helped me lose 13 kgs with great advice and support on both the diet and exercise fronts. He was there on email even when I was travelling and needed to ask anything. All his sessions are different and he has a great way of pushing you so you do your best but without overdoing it - I was never not able to exercise the next day. I've got my motivation back and I'm the best shape I've been in for about 15 years. Would totally recommend!.

        I have been working with Rhianna since August and I am so beyond ecstatic with my results ! I have never felt more confident and comfortable in my own body for a long time! The workout plans are tailored to where you want to focus on which really helps with results. They are very creative when it comes to the sessions and always push you to do your best even if you think you cant! Highly recommended! Brilliant team here.

        Ive started a plan with my PT Rhianna and can honestly say its the best decision Ive made Rhianna puts me through my paces but gives me all the support I need to help me achieve my goals I have a 4 week exercise plan which Rhianna created for me as well as well helping me with my dietary so if your looking to lose weight and get fit in 2020 then you need a PT from bens body fitness go on google now what you all waiting for
