After being a gym member for 13 years, never changed what I did. Greg has motivated me to try new things and make me face my downfalls. I knew I was making mistakes but found it hard to make any positive changes. With Greg's professional advice I am trying to make small improvements. Love Greg's approach, he is so passionate about what he does. He makes you feel comfortable during his sessions. Would highly recommend to help make improvements in what you do.

Having lost 4.5 stone training with Greg and being the strongest I have ever been, I cannot praise his abilities as a Personal Trainer enough. He meets all client expectations and puts a lot of thought into the training programmes he writes. I haven't been the easiest to train over the past few years since I like changing my mind on what I want to look like...lean, skinny, strong, not bulky! Without fail Greg has understoond somehow what I want and has always provided the perfect training, whilst explaining the science behind some mad comments! Highly recommended if you want to become fitter, leaner, slimmer, stronger.
