I have been going to Bootcamp in Maidenhead now since July. I have had such a good time. My fitness is so notably improved, and I have more energy in every day life. The instructors and other bootcampers are a great friendly bunch. The group have a wide range of abilities with attendees ages ranging from early 20s to mid 60s. Would highly recommend their 10 sessions for 10 offer to give it a go!

Love working out with this team, so friendly and caters for all levels. The sessions are never the same and Solange & Aj are brilliant!

I've been a member of Bootcamp UK Maidenhead since the summer of 2022 and I love it! I can't recommend it more highly. It's particularly great for people (like me) who really struggle with self-motivation and ordinarily have a very long distance relationship with exercise. Everyone is really nice and welcoming (and there's no judgement). You're only comparing yourself to your past self. There's also a great mixture of fitness levels, which was perfect when I started as I never felt like I couldn't do it or I was being pushed too hard. I was a bit worried before I started that it was going to be a bit domineering (as I imagine fitness in the army to be) but I was completely wrong. The instructors are super supportive. There's no shouting, just lots of positive encouragement. I've cancelled my gym membership and will only be doing Bootcamp in future.
