        I have been a loyal customer since I moved to Maidenhead 7 years ago but will be going elsewhere for my next check up after another unsatisfactory visit. The optician herself was great but the other staff seem clueless and some are quite rude, they don't communicate with each other and you end up being seen by so many different people and repeating yourself. Appointments always run really behind (over half an hour late most of the time) Only reason i've given two stars and not one is because I love my new glasses and they were good value, just a shame about the customer service.

        Great service from test to optician appt, glass selection, fitting and delivery. Best to make appt as a very busy shop. Good prices as replacing glasses is an expensive investment.
