If youve had a bad experience with this place, please speak up and complain on here and to the manager, a worrying amount of people seem to be struggling to receive any care from this community mental health team. People have taken legal action against Nicholsons House regarding lack of care, I advise you do the same (for free) instead of giving up x (If your review doesnt load on here, post it using chrome itll work. My partner has bipolar and had an episode 3 years ago. We were living in Slough and asked the local team for assistance which was ridiculous, we talked to nurses and never to psychiatrics. Always dealing with different people; they always called late like the day after if not a week, and this when my partner begged for help stating he was going to kill himself. They didn't change any medication promised me I would have get the help which I never had. anyway it was a nightmare. After 2 years of hell we moved to Maidenhead and my partner was allocated to this centre. We cannot be more grateful. First he saw the same psychiatric every time, who was absolutely professional supportive and extremely attentive. then they changed some medication, then they give him different activities he can attend during the week. To make it short my partner is now completely out of depression he laughs every morning, he feels very supported and cared. I can't be more grateful to this team who made such an impact and changed our life forever. thank you
