Tracey and Georgia are outstanding ambassadors of this company. The manner with my mother was first class. Trustworthy and honest people in the right jobs. Recommend this company.

One of the fantastic times I have had with Right At Home is at St Peters Church with the clients and staff at our coffee and tea afternoon. Seeing the smiles on everyones face as we sang so many different songs and doing the exercises. Both clients and staff plus the boss himself. It was great and I enjoyed it as much as the clients. The togetherness was so great Im looking forward to doing this again.

My Father suffers from Dementia and Parkinsons' he had a fall and was unable to get up, subsequently we found out he has a fractured Hip, the carer in attendance wanted to stay as my mother is 78 and suffers from arthritis. The carer called the company and they told him to go to his next job. I contacted them on the day and they assured me they would contact me on Monday (this never happened) I chased and eventually spoke to someone who has basically trying to backtrack on events. I have complained to the relevant bodies but do be aware that even though the carers are lovely the company is motivated more by financial outcomes than client welfare *** Response to the Owners Comments As you are aware we have had numerous conversations regarding the events which happened, at all times I have explained that the version of events that you have portrayed below is not a true account of the events. You state that my mother a 78 old lady said that it was ok for the carer to leave, this is not the true version of events the true version is that my mother asked for the carer to stay and he called your office to confirm if this was ok and was told to leave. I have asked you for a copy of the recording to prove this happened but you have stated that you have not a copy of this. For absolute clarification my mother asked the carer to stay, I think it is better to let the public come to there own conclusion whether a lady in advanced years in a high stress situation with a husband with a broken hip on the floor would tell a carer to leave. You have also implied that you referred yourselves to the CQC this is also incorrect I made the complaint to the CQC after our initial conversation where you implied that I didn't want to make a complaint a fact which you later retracted when I referred you to the recording of our telephone conversation which I have
