Mark has been looking after our two Bristols for over 30 years, firstly with Bristol Cars itself and now here with his own business, providing a fantastic service each time. His knowledge, experience and attention to detail is second to none - can't recommend him and his team highly enough. I took my 63 407 to Mark Coleman after a 5 year lay-up for full inspection and recommissioning. He found several relatively minor issues that required fixing (worn steering rods, carb cleaning, rear hub seals and brakes, leaking fuel drain, wiper blades, door seals etc), did a full service (all fluids replaced, brakes bled etc) and organised a successful MoT test with no issues flagged. I drove the car home afterwards and it performed flawlessly. The engine of my Bristol 411 was missing a beat and regularly stalling such that i was unable to use it without fear of being stranded . Mark at Coleman Classics has an established history of working on Bristol cars and after explaining the symptoms he changed the coil, plugs and leads . During this process Mark also fixed a long standing starting problem with a new carb and identified a broken wire to the device that warmed the carb . This problem no one else had been able to identify let alone fix and i have tried several times to get it sorted. The car now starts as it should so easily and runs beautifully Very professional, very capable . happy o allow me to watch his work and ask questions . A great job . I really feel confident now in taking the Bristol out once again . All anxiety has gone .
