        We ordered a fairly simple, one-bay unit with 6 shelves, to fit inside a built-in cupboard. The product arrived within 48 hours, and was very well packaged to prevent damages. The shelves were very easy to put together. The wood quality is excellent, the adjustable shelves are very practical and we are very pleased with the result. An easy, quick, and good-quality solution for what we needed.

        Excellent quality product, NOT MDF. Assembles easily, but follow the advice provided. Pre-sales service picks up any possible discrepancies on your order, and also provides useful guidance. Delivery on-time, and all products well packed. One item on our order was not available at time of despatch, but a stock item was customised to fit, and it did. Kept advised of progress through personal phonecalls. Service with a real PLUS. Would happily recommend.

        We replaced our old IKEA Kallax shelves with custom ones. They look amazing, and even though I mis-measured the space, shelfstore even arranged a really fast replacement for the right size. Totally recommended!
