What a brilliant company! I was given a leather bracelet as a Christmas present, unfortunately it was too small. I contacted Boing and sent the bracelet back for a replacement. The new bracelet arrived within 2 days. Its so well made, lovely leather and theres a whole choice of colours. I will definitely be buying more!!

Terrible delivery service. We ordered a braclet on the 20th of December and as of today the 17th of January it still hasn't arrived.

Amazing customer service. I had a lot of questions, that were promptly answered and with patience as I did ask a lot Arrived very fast in beautiful and modern tin container. Really cool idea and is eco friendly and also can be used for a lot of thing's. Item itself was marvelous. Well made, magnet alone shows how much care and attention us given to detail and quality. Excellent price also. Thanks so much.

I ordered two items after seeing an advert in the EasyJet magazine. The items are extremely well presented and are of very high quality - I cannot wait to give one of the items as a Valentine's Day gift. A small oversight occurred when picking my order and initially only one item was sent, but I cannot praise the customer service team at Boing enough for how quickly and efficiently they dealt with my query.
