I valued Eddie's advice when consulting ahead of marketing the property that we sold. Extremely proactive management of the end-to-end process, through clear communication about interested prospective buyers, the way that viewings were communicated, scheduled and conducted and the oversight provided until we completed (a smooth process, with sale and purchase within 3.5 months). This was the 2nd property that Eddie has marketed and taken to a completed sale for me and I would not hesitate to use his approachable, friendly and professional company again!
