The sale of our property was fast, with multiple viewings grouped sensibly to fit within our daily routines. The subsequent offers were well vetted with clear feedback so that we could make an informed decision on potential buyers. Support on our purchase from the initial offer through to completion was great. Help was provided to follow up any queries with solicitors. All of the team were helpful, professional and overall provided a great service. After the sale the team have also offered guidance regarding our renovation ideas to make the most of our new property. I would definitely recommend the team and thank them for helping us.

We contacted Barker Stone having been very impressed by their website. In person, Simon and the team were so helpful and professional. The photography and marketing of the property were first rate. We sold on the first day. I think that says it all.
