Absolute joke of a franchise. They take advantage of people who they know dont know much about cars in my case a woman who has no clue. They are unhelpful and do not want to do any work that means they need to actually take time and not make as much money as they would for an easier job that they can do more of in that time. They would rather charge you more money than actually help to find whats wrong and fix it. The receptionist is beyond rude and I could hear him being horrible about customers he just came off the phone to. I do not and would not ever advise anyone to go here or to use their services if thats what you would even call it. Luckily I had another garage who said they know whats wrong and would fix it for me. I was told not to drive my car but they where driving it in and out the garage every day possibly causing more damage and the reply I received was well we arent going to push it are we when it was recovered from that awful place the recovery man pushed my car onto his car ramp. So why couldnt they? I have already emailed my complaint to customer relations and spoken with them but I feel this needs to be public as the manager I have been told only cares about money and not the customers and that is exactly correct in my experience. I want people to be aware so that this doesnt happen to them and they dont waste their time and money being told things need to be fixed when they dont! In my case they told me a minimum 5K bill. The other garage told me no way they are taking me for a joke. I want an honest person fixing my car not a con artist!
