Exceptional AV

Very disappointed with this company. I bought a pair of Oberon 1 - Open Box. When they arrived, they are covered in scratches, missing half the packaging and generally just look like they have been used and abused for 12 months, certainly not a simple Open Box example. These should be sold as Used poor condition speakers, not Open Box. I have requested an RMA.

they listed a pair of Wharfedales which were 50 quid cheaper than any other online retailer. was a little skeptical as I have never heard of them before. my speakers came bundled with a 20 worth of speaker cables (which I did not need), which Karl from their cust. service team managed to help me change to banana plugs instead. my order was placed around 3pm and it came promptly the very next day at noon which was amazing. Unfortunately, part of my package was not delivered together with the speakers as they were dispatched from elsewhere. when queried regarding the part which did not arrive, it turned out that they were accidentally sent on 48hr instead of next day. Karl did not hesitate to refund my next day delivery fees before even informing me about this mistake. This might've been the best customer support ive had from a company, keep it up Exceptional AV!

Excellent service and cheaper than anywhere else. I asked for an upgraded amplifier in a bundle I had seen on their website and they still gave me the discount. Ordered before 1pm and had it delivered the next day. Very happy with my new system thanks!

I ordered a pair of Dali speakers only to be told they were out of stock. However, Karl was able to get hold of the newer version at a really great price. They took a week or so to arrive from the manufacturer, where in the meantime other shops just told me they couldnt get them, so I was really pleased when they arrived. Highly recommend Exceptional AV; great service and a great price.
