Terrible staff emailed Dan who ask for details you don't have then instead of send the diabetic equipment then ask the same question when you still have none of the data he wants so now have to hope to meet confident staff member if any exist in this weird firm?

Got in touch last week as both of my dads previous sensors malfunctioned, one of them breaking as soon as it came out the box, and the other only lasting 5 days before telling us to put a new one in. We have not received a reply at all. His hypos are getting much more frequent and its becoming more and more dangerous. The sensors also seem to give inaccurate readings too.
