I recently finished the six-week baby massage courses and I really enjoyed it. Don't be fooled - this is so much more than just massage. They are baby massage, post-natal classes and a chance to get out of the house and meet other mums. All were very welcome. I now know how to give my baby a full body and quick massage and it is a really special thing to do. It can be hard trying to think of ways to entertain a baby and the massage, with it's songs has expanded my repertoire. The weekly discussions were very valuable; understandably the antenatal classes had to focus mainly on giving birth and the scary first few weeks (also with Debra and also excellent) but as the weeks pass by new challenges arise. The session on weaning was a particular highlight and while we are not at that point yet the session covered the basics and got me thinking about how we might tackle it.

I loved the baby massage course run by Debra. Debra makes you feel at home and creates a really relaxed environment that works brilliantly. The first half of the course focuses on the massage which was great and the second half we had group discussions and a general chat with tea and biscuits, which works so well!! The course is meant to be 2 hours but every week it over ran as we were all busy talking, I would definitely recommend it!

I can't recommend this baby massage course enough! You learn simple, nurturing massage techniques that really help you bond with your baby and you get to meet other mums and chat about your experiences. Debra is a brilliant teacher and it's a warm, relaxed environment that makes you want the course to go on twice as long ;0)
