        Keith was knowledgeable, helpful and quick to establish exactly what I needed for the security locks to our house. He gave instruction on how to install the locks which I videoed and played to our chippy, making the install process significantly more straightforward. I would highly recommend buying Banham locks and I will definitely be returning to the Maidenhead branch if the need arises. Thank you.

        Keith, from the Maidenhead Store, was amazingly helpful in finding the owner of keys that were thrown (in a rucksack) into my front garden. The keys no longer belonged to the registered owner as the house had been sold, and Keith tracked the new owner down via Estate Agents.... way over and beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much

Keith was very helpful as I was concerned about the short 1 year guarantee, which compared unfavourably against the 10 year guarantees offered by Yale and Union. Keith happily spent a lot of time assisting us with our purchase and I am confident that I made the right choice.
