    Appalling service. I chose to close my case file with them before continuing any further. Communication is VERY POOR. My case handler was Lujian Ali. I never got a chance to even speak to her on the phone. The receptionist were always being the middle person. She would never answer the call. Nothing was communicated and for someone who had a time frame of completion this was very frustrating. Even when I expressed how I felt and asked to speak to someone higher up, the receptionist replied you will have to speak with Lujian first! To which I replied, how can I if she doesn't pick up the phone or reply back to my emails!!. Your paying them money for you to keep chasing them yourselves. I felt like I was nagging them, nothing was clear. So glad I changed my solicitor's to one where you can actual call them and discuss matters of the phone and email. I do not recommend using.

    Zero stars. My case handler is Annabelle Zaychenko. She doesn't respond to emails. Says she will call back, and doesn't. When you call up, she's unavailable. Asks you to sign documents which are unnecessary. My experience with Gordons is consistent with all the other people who have had a negative experience. No matter what you ask for, the receptionist who answers the call is unable to put you through anyone who actually knows what's going on. They just pass messages which don't make sense back and forth. Over half an hour kept on hold, and even after telling them this, they still continue to put you on hold for ages. I do not recommend. Use a different panel solicitor.

    Overall I felt their service was not great, no one was accountable or taking ownership in cases. You could call your solicitor direct with queries and had different customer service agents dealing with it who had little knowledge or experience. They nearly completed the day before I expressly asked which would have cost be thousands in early settlement fees! Yes their fees are cheap but does quality have to impact that much ?

    GPL was assigned to me to manage my remortgage with Natwest. My experience was great and I really liked the IT system which is very efficient in sharing documents and also for communication. Most of my contact was with Pamela Buitrago-Bonilla who has been professional and responsive. Gordons ticked all the boxes for me and thank you!

    There a SHAMBLES I brought 2 titles There a SHAMBLES I brought 2 titles paid all my money and then 5 weeks later I was approached by a man asking what I was doing on his land called Gordons solicitors they will never talk on the phone its all most impossible to get to talk to a solicitor then find out that I don't own both titles I only own one!! and that had a charge restriction on it that they never told me about however this im being told we be removed and the restriction was from the same man that approached us.. still fighting to get anywhere with them they say its not there problem they have done everything they can and I need to sue the sellers solicitors!!!! I call the director every day (come on they taken my money and left me right in a bankruptcy state i think they failed to represent me correctly would you agree) imagine buying a property that you don't own! Imagine collecting your keys then being told you have no right over it I constantly email and ring we are in a desperate state and don't know what we are going to do this is all true I can't believe what they have done and how they treated us Honestly Honestly wish I was never pushed in to using them its been the worst service and till now the worst thing that's ever happened in our lives its an absolute nightmare its a disgrace how they have treated us We have paid out over hundreds of thousands of pounds for something we don't own! Good luck if you use them I hope you never have to endure the mayhem we are still going through. someone needs to do something to company's like this Date of experience: 03 March 2023
