        I trained with Sensei Richard both in Windsor & Maidenhead for 17 years and I can 100% recommend his classes. Only because I moved out of the area did I stop going! His approach is that he pushes everyone to the limit but not over it. You come away feeling a bit more skillful each time you go and completely invigorated.
