        Super quality and finish of property, the apartments are very well appointed and in an excellent location. The team onsite are also a excellent to deal with.

        Promises undelivered after months of waiting, lots of issues with my flat that I've had to discover by myself and to report. Their QA of the flats is abysmal or non-existent. It's been a real nightmare getting Countryside to admit or agree to any of the issues, or even to respond to my emails. it takes them months to respond to emails/calls even with frequent chasing. The first issue I reported, they said they'd get back to me by the end of the week, i waited three months. I'm assuming they're just waiting for you to give up and shut up.

        Horrible customer service of the sales consultant. I feel sorry for them for hiring such quality of staff and good luck in selling the remaining plots.
