After purchasing a leasehold flat in a housing solution's building just over a year ago. We are starting to have a pretty bad experience. Every time we have contacted housing solutions regarding communal building repairs. You either get no response or the problem is not resolved despite getting a response. The gutters still leak all round the building especially down are kitchen wall ( causing damp issues ) when it really rain's the down pipe backs up causing flooding on the grass again right against are kitchen wall. The windows in the property are in terrible condition ( contributing to damp) I wish to replace the windows at 100 percent my cost. I have tried to seek permission to do this and got no response. It seems we pay a service charge thats is always far more than what is estimated. So somebody can vacuum a communal hallway once a month and cut a 10sqm patch of grass in the summer. If somebody could get in touch about the issues listed above. That would be great.

Contacting housing solutions is no longer fit for purpose. Older generations don't know how to navigate the website. I don't know how to navigate the website. The website is not fit for purpose. You get one star for having a website I can't use and a useless telephone number.
