TONI&GUY Maidenhead

After reading the comments left by Toni and Guy on some reviews I was unsure whether to comment, but for awareness should be provided. Ive had my hair cut at T&G for over 10 years now, at the Camberley and Guildford branch and they have been outstanding! Having moved in the opposite direction I tried Maidenhead and was rather disappointed. After consulting that I wanted an ash blonde highlight and sitting for 4 hours my hair colour was no different to when I arrived but in awful straw like condition. The hair cut was also left nothing like what I had asked for. When explaining my concern i had a rather intimidating response and I was told I was as blonde as I could be and thats why my hair was straw like! Upon going somewhere else I was told my hair was dark blonde and certainly not ash and product had been left on too long and had stripped my hair. Thoroughly disappointed and not sure I would now go back to the branch at all. Services: Hair coloring, Hairstyling

I had a haircut here and the hairdresser was extremely rude and didn't listen to a thing I said I wanted - worst haircut of my life and never going back :) avoid

Great cut and lovely service but was disappointed by the styling and lack of recommendations. Paying top money for a haircut you would expect it to be blow dried not just rough dried and straightened, which I could have done myself at home No offer of a treatment and no products recommended which I was disappointed about as I would have had a treatment done if it were offered.
