        Red Beard Barbell Club - a gym without mirrors, where club members genuinely celebrate everyones progress and successes. Void of gym bros and toxic behaviour, this community truly supports one another to work towards their goals, whether that is participation in competition or simply to have a go at something new. Charlie has created a space where a diverse group of people can train safely, meet like minded folks and explore skills & movements outside the mundane parameters of a soulless commercial gym. I cannot recommend RBBC highly enough!
