Loving everything!! Excepts the burpees I have never enjoyed going to the gym really. Now I am looking forward working out. Would definitely recommend to give it a go.

This is the most fantastic gym ever. I have stuck with them for almost two years now (and I wasn't sure I would last two weeks!). The gym runs as group PT sessions, all the kit is ready for you, the programme prepped - and it can be adjusted for each person so you can level up or down to suit your goals and limits. The coaches are super supporting and I am now on a happier, healthier, stronger path thanks to ICON Gym.

I do not like normal gyms and glad I have found ICON to provide what I need to make me fitter, stronger and healthier. In a short time I feel different both physically and mentally which is great. I highly recommend visiting Greg and the team to find out more and see for yourself!

I went here just after it opened. It was the best gym experience I ever had. The personalised nature of it and the attention to detail was first class. If I still lived nearby Id still be going. Well done to Greg for keeping going even through the pandemic.
