They wont help you to get the job but could happily help you to lose the one you found yourself. Presented them with the form to confirm that I received universal credit which I need to obtain security check for my job and they refused to stamp or write anything on it. Awful attitude of the lady Sue who was there acting like she does a favour to me. Unhelpful and arrogant staff but nothing we can do about it. Now that is how you can now understand how frustrating this experience truly was. Good luck if you have to visit this place.

Mean and disgusting staff especially the faty Asian old lady and bald man they humiliate people and think they are doing professional job nobody wants to stay on benefits we apply only when we are in desperate needs that's our right we pay tax we r not getting anything free and they are meant to serve us not to get rude and humiliate people. Such a shame for all the staff of Maidenhead job centre who thinks they have right to treat people like this..

I needed only to collect some documents, I was there an half hour, and no results !!! Awful service, very slow, nobody want to do anything !

Miserable staff dont seem to be interested in their own jobs and willingness to help is just gone.

Went in today for the first time and spoke with fran , she has serious attitude problems and is very rude . She should undergo some customer service training before being allowed to speak to people the way she does .
