Maidenhead Funeralcare

For the second time in 2 years we have used Co-op funeral care services. Heide and Simon who were in Windsor branch were so calming and helpful when my brother unexpectedly passed 2 years ago. She went the extra mile for us. Then 4 weeks ago we had to start to organise a funeral before our step mum had passed. Walking into Maidenhead branch we were amazed but very happy to see Heide. We immediately knew we were in safe hands and that all the arrangements would be taken care of with compassion and efficiency. We actually had to finalise all details from Spain. Peter Taylor the celebrant was amazing today, carrying out the service. Darren was also so helpful and supportive. I have truly never met such a compassionate and helpful team of people. Heides parting words to me yesterday were you're welcome to come in anytime for a chat and a coffee but I hope not for anything else in the forseeable future. Thank you all you are amazing.

I went to coop to organise the funeral for my beautiful mother Jacqueline. I was so overcome that I had dreaded to sit and arrange. Heidi who spoke and arranged everything was one of the kindest sweetest woman I have had the pleasure to meet. She was immensely kind sensitive and just wonderful. We left feeling so reassured in the sweet respectful way she had engaged. This lady is an absolute credit to this parlour. Thankyou Heidi
