Sargeants in Maidenhead managed my mothers funeral, Peter Wicks was our contact - all interactions were handled very sensitively and professionally but still with a personal touch. We never felt rushed or pressured. The Slough branch were involved and the whole day went without a hitch - they were excellent too. We have used Sargeants on a number of occasions and they would always be my go to company as all our experiences with them have been positive.

My brother recommended A.B. Walker after using them for his wife and highly recommended them so when my husband passed away I got in touch. I have been so impressed by the prompt, caring and helpful attention I received, making a sad and stressful occasion so much easier. I had been recommended by a friend who had used A B Walker & Son, I remembered the name and had no hesitation in contacting them a short time later when my mother died. They were wonderful from beginning to end and made a difficult time for family and friends so much better. I am highly appreciative of the kindness shown and the respect given to my mother. I would also like to highlight the efficiency of all the staff who looked after us. I would recommend A B Walker and Son to everyone who has to arrange a funeral.

From the first contact with Tara when we walked in on spec in order to complete a care plan for my fathers nursing home until his funeral on Christmas Eve all contact with A B Walker and Son has been excellent. We really appreciated the friendly and straightforward forward nature of the service we received. The two gentlemen who we met in the small hours at his nursing home were so warm and kind and my conversations with Tony to confirm arrangements for the cremation were very professional and understanding. Muriel was very helpful too when we were making choices of coffin and flowers and very efficient when preparing the Order of Services on a very tight timescale. As a family we are grateful for the lovely service we received from everyone.
