        Don't know how they run things ... for 4 days been ringing soon as the surgery opens ,get put in a queue for 40. Minutes to 1.1/2 hours only to be told we don't have any appointments . Horrible service so frustrating. On top of that had the receptionist say I can't give you an appointment if you don't tell me what's wrong with you... so I tell her what's wrong and then she tells me we don't have any appointments. Aghhh ! So why ask what's wrong with me.

        WORST SURGERY IN THE WHOLE OF MAIDENHEAD! Very unprofessional, receptionist hung up the phone. This GP used to be good now its just pathetic. Was with them since 1999 and will be leaving this month. Have wanted to refer them to the regulators on a few occasions not to mention the data protection breaches absolutely appalling!

        So unprofessional No manners Called in the morning and they told me to call at 3 30 . Did exactly then and they made me wait for an hour just for them to tell me there aren't any appointments left. Very very disappointing
