Feeling desperately ill I contacted the surgery via econsult. I was called back within 5 minutes and based on that call a face to face consult was offered for as soon as I could get there. 10 minutes later after examination I was sent directly to A&E and diagnosed there with Sepsis. Words cannot express my gratitude. Many thanks also to reception staff who also offered support. Could have ended very differently. Thank you so very much.

The Doctors themselves I have no issues with, but the process for getting through to them is excruciating. Can never get through on the phones in the morning. In the afternoons (when you can very occasionally get through) they tell you must phone in the morning to get same-day appointment. Phoned for some of my own information 'sorry only the secretary can give you that, they in training'. Also, when we transferred here (a few years ago admittedly), the process was archaic, nothing online. Please please address the booking system guys.

registered with Holyport surgery when I first moved to Holyport in 2009. I had been with them up until recently I moved out of the area and was no longer within their catchment. Dr Ian is a truly fantastic doctor who is compassionate and professional. He always took the time to listen and would advise accordingly. He was certainly the best G.P I have ever had and I will miss him dearly. Thank you for supporting me for all years.
