Stewart Henderson is quite simply First Class. I have been exceptionally grateful to Stewart for his extremely high level of professionalism, advice, guidance and knowledge in navigating both the family courts and divorce process while I also personally navigate advanced motor neurone disease MND. Nothing was and is to much trouble for Stewart and his dedication to his clients, I have been touched by the level he has gone to for the love of a father and a daughter which has given us a wonderful summer we otherwise would not have had together. As my illness has progressed Stewart has adapted with ease and swiftly to communicate in all formats to enable me to continue to be fully evolved and my voice heard in what is a very stressful and challenging time for all who have to go through it to simply be a dedicated loving parent. I had somewhat complicated circumstances to deal with and Frances was a steady pair of hands to assist in resolving the shambles. I didn't know which firm of solicitors to use and asked a friend who has had many dealings with local firms and he didn't have to think about who to suggest as i needed strong representation. I felt that Frances gave me the optimum solution in the end and above all i completely trusted her.

Frances Lindsay & Co were highly recommended to me by a close friend and, when I started to consider divorce, I was extremely vulnerable and confused about what my future might be. From the first time I spoke to Manjit, she managed to give me the reassurance that I needed and continued to do so throughout the past eighteen months. At every stage of the divorce process, Manjits knowledge and professionalism meant I was able to trust her implicitly to achieve the best outcome for me. However, it was her encouragement, patience and understanding which gave me the self-confidence I needed to make decisions for myself.
