A very pleasant receptionist answered my call, needed a filling, said I would go private, as a new patient, got given an appointment, when I arrived filled out the necessary forms, and met a lovely dentist who had a great personality called patrick, gave sound advise on other teethie matters, enjoyable visit, will be my permanent dentist, highly recommend

Dr Andries and Silvia are both very friendly and very caring!! From the beginning till the end, you feel you are in the right hands of people who knows their job, enjoys it and wants to do it perfectly. On TOP very caring about your pain and trying to be as gentle as possible!!

Andre and his lovely dental nurse Silvia are absolutely wonderful!!! You couldnt ask for a better dentist ! They are simply the the best !! And the receptionist is fantastic so lovely , kind and helpful!! Very lucky to have such a friendly caring dental practice X

From the moment of contact with the wonderful reception lady through to Dr Andries (Dentist) and Silvia (Dental Nurse) I can not express in words how grateful I am for how lovely I was treated today, I felt so at ease and instantly in good hands. The work on my cracked tooth is absolutely outstanding. So glad I met this wonderful team, makes the hard job of going to the dentist so much easier when you know you in good hands. Thank you very much.

Booked appointment with them as I had not seen a dentist for some years as covid prevented me from getting a dentist. Visited for a consultation and was given a plan and an appointment with the hygienist. I went for the appontment as scheduled charged 65 but when i returned 2 days later for my appointment with Andre I was told on arrival the booking was cancelled even though I was not informed of this. I explained I drove for 35 mins for appointment as i drove from Reading, receptionist very unapologetic and just said she would both another appt one week later. On the said day I got a phone call 2 hours before to say appt had to be cancelled once again. No apology once again just a rude comment from receptionist and put phone down on me. Very unprofessional practive, not at all happy.
