Absolutely disgusting treatment by
Absolutely disgusting treatment by night staff customer service, Amira and Treaven, They were wrong, but would not admit it and kept cutting off the chatlog. I kept returning and asking for a name for a Higher Manager that I could complain too and they would not give me one.
I did at one time enjoy the Site, but would never, ever, return to them now if they are represented by such arrogant, unprofessional agents, who were clearly ganging together.in their responses. MECCA PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF TO HAVE MANNERS
