        Cannot fault the service Ive received from Seiko Service Centre UK. Excellent communication, superb customer service, especially from Beverley, and a quick turnaround. Overall Im very impressed with the service received. Thank you.

        Best watch service centre experience Ive had. Sent watch in with a problem with its crown. Was promptly sent a tracking link to check how the job was progressing. Watch was returned with the issue fully fixed, not a mark to indicate any intervention had ever happened. Returned to me with paperwork detailing the work done. Excellent service.

        I phoned to book in my Seiko watch for a service and was told that they dont admit anybody into the service centre. I needed to package up my watch and drop it through the service centre letterbox and they would contact me in five to six weeks. I need the watch to be cleaned inside - the day and date get stuck - and a new battery. Ill find a jewellers who can do that
