My friend signed me up with the promise that they were soon to service Portugal which is my base, and that if they didnt we could just get a refund as it was a good time to join. Once signed up, she sent various emails about when they were opening in Portugal and it turned out they had changed their mind so she put through my cancellation which they took over 3 months to process and refused to refund my 50 deposit. Bad customer service and no values/staying true to their word.

Incredible company with products that are PERFECT for people trying to become the best version of themselves. Never ever had an issue with any customer care and they always pick up the phone aswell as support afterwards. I love this company and am so excited to one day go to this HQ! Ordered on the understanding if they didn't suit me I could return any unused boosters. I called and they said they would arrange a collection as disabled and would call to confirm the date of collection this was at least 3 weeks ago. Nothing called again was told an email had been sent with instructions for collection and label. I have had no emails or communication from them since my confirmation of order, Still no email with return label or an apology for the false statement. I have loads of boosters I can't use. Might work for some people with loads of add ons and other supplements. Costs of 79.99. I will freeze any further payments and report this to the correct authorities.

Awful company. They have terrible reviews on Trust Pilot, which I wish I looked at before. The products are not organic and non-gmo, yet are being marketed as such. I suffered very bad side effects, and sent lots of product back yet they are still taking money out of my account. This has now been reported to my bank for further investigation as it is fraudulent. Customer services is a joke. Juice Plus is a multi-level marketing scheme (mlm). They also have numerous law suits going on already. Please avoid. Save yourself the hassle, buy your own organic produce to maintain good health. We do not know what is in these products! Take a look what is on the Juice Plus website in Australia: "Disclaimer: Vitamin supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Please read the label and use only as directed. Contains Potassium. If you have kidney disease or are taking heart or blood pressure medicines, consult your doctor or pharmacist before use. Keep out of reach of children. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner" So there you have it. Juice Plus is NOT just fruit and veg. It is a supplement. They add synthetic supplements to it most likely, as the saw dust of a product contains no nutrients. All the secret Facebook groups are giving customers and distributors false information.
