        If there was a negative star, I would gladly award it to the man behind the counter at this store. I went there twice to drop off my Hermes parcel and on both occasions, the man was utterly rude. His facial expressions tried to tell me that he was doing me a favour by accepting my parcel. Once scanned, he rudely ordered me to drop my parcel at the side. I politely thanked him for his service, which he didn't even acknowledge (as I had expected). My question is, why do such shops sign up to be ParcelShops if they unable to handle it?

        Guy is still a miserable sod when you are dropping off hermes parcels! He complained he couldn't scan the barcode as there was too much cling film on it but then it scanned fine. Then told me rudely to go put it on the shelf myself rather than taking it from me like any other shop would. Then asked me if I needed anything else. I said no thanks then he asked me again more sternly. I just took my receipt and walked out at that point!
