I contacted Lucas after experiencing a boot up failure on my iMac. Lucas was able to come to my house the same day, diagnose the problem and provide a way forward. The recommendation was to replace the HDD with an SSD (solid state drive), which would greatly improve its performance. I packaged my device, took it to Lucas and it was ready for collection the next day. Lucas is very personable, provides clear explanations and provides a good reasonably priced service.
