I dont understand the bad reviews as we received excellent customer service and drivers arrived promptly for pick up and return - they were also very friendly. Perhaps this company has changed management as I was really impressed and would certainly recommend them. Thank you to Linda and crew for the great service and getting us home safely. Regards, Emma

Surprised to see this company re-advertising . I was led to believe it had gone out of business (thankfully). It was responsible for nearly wrecking our wedding in 2013 with no-shows. We were ghosted by customer service. Only the threat of litigation (civil claim from County Court) led to reimbursement. Appeared to just be a bunch of telesales bookers with other companies rather than the coach owning firm it appeared to be on its website. Used very tricky tactics on TripAdviser with block reviews appearing on the same day by brand new accounts on Trip Adviser. We had even called the day prior to the wedding to confirm attendance. PLEASE VIEW THIS COMPANY WITH *EXTREME CAUTION*
