If I could give zero stars I would. I have someone dealing with a case of mines for 3 weeks, it seems like no action has been taken to start the process of resolving this. Last week John didnt call me as I didnt send across the requested information. I have sent the information across last week and expected a call today and no one has called me. I also emailed a few times and even then no reply!!! Service is absolutely shocking every time you try to get onto their phone lines there is always a long wait.

You can now no longer just drop in to wait in queue to talk to somebody. I was sent away because I wasn't a known customer, after talking to someone through the door. I know they are stretched, but when the police advise you to use them, and then they won't talk to you it is definitely a wasted trip.
