Chauntry Surveying

I dont think its a coincidence I had a similar experience to the previous reviewer. I certainly wont be using this company again. Inadequate report, lack of accountability, accusatory responses - absolutely zero empathy. Awful!

Avoid at all cost! Poor communication, survey report of bad quality - photos not referenced in any way, recommendations provided were vague, missing sections that had been previously agreed to be included in the report - in writing! Owner then admited via phone that the report did not deliver what had been promised indeed, but negated it in writing! When these issues were raised after the initial phone call, there was no willingness to resolve anything, offer partial refund for poor quality, find middle ground, nothing. Surveyor has been reported. Absolutely horrible experience, just find someone, the slightly lower price offered here is simply not worth it!
