I worked with Tanya over a period of weeks at the end of 2022. She was very effective at asking the right questions to help move my thinking along. She offered practical advice that I could work on between sessions and was able to adapt her approach depending on what I had discovered. Tanya was super helpful in giving great interview advice. I am a university student applying for a placement year to get a year of work during my degree. It is my first experience doing interviews but Tanya helped me feel much more confident. She helped me refine some typical answers to common interview questions and gave me loads of examples to prepare for.
