They were very nice and friendly. At very last stage when you drive past the blower, you choose your option of cleaning. They left some obvious spots of the dashboard untouched. Other than that everything was fine.

I was only one there. Mini Copper Inside and Out 25 :( Had to get them to do back windscreen again as some not touched, despite 7 of them on the car at one stage. Got home and had to clean more of car. A more affluent area in Herts were charging 18 in Dec incl glade freshener, and were always very busy. They need management. They were too keen to get back to their fags, crisps and cokes. They won't read this but they should have someone looking over and asking if I was happy. Tbh, if they have to charge as much as that, they need to improve on added touches, social skills, detail and create an good experience to be better than rest. We won't be coming back.

Had a mini valet. Car is still filthy! Still dirt and mud marks all over seats and boot. Leather interior still marked and not properly hoovered. Waste of 45. Wouldnt reccomended it

Not impressed by the price hike from 12 to 15 for the option 1 clean.Especially as the tyres were not blackened like they use to. No fragrance hanger either. I think the last 2 occasions I have been I have not been impressed, and I have used this car wash for several months or more. Very disappointing.
