        I visited the branch in Maidenhead with my elderly parents today. Immediately on walking in we were greeted and offered assistance. Everything we wanted to do was done with understanding, patience and efficiency. The attention paid to my parents needs was outstanding. It was exactly the kind of banking experience my parents needed. And a special mention of Amaal who was friendly, knowledgeable and fantastic to deal with. Thank you.

        Desperately needed to put money in my account using the ATM out of branch hours. Cash point out of service. They have one and cant keep it working and more importantly I was stranded in Maidenhead because I couldnt use my card
