I'm not too sure who this pharmacy is supposed to help but it is not people who have a job. Opening hours are 9:30 to 17:00 and half a day on a Saturday yet during lunch breaks and on Saturday morning the inexperienced staff are completely overwhelmed with no sense of urgency or competence. I have been four times - following a text to say my prescription is ready - to no avail and the team "doesn't know why" and tells me to try again in a few days. I have wasted some much time. Please get your act together, you're a hindrance and you're impacting peoples' lives.
