Really unfortunate to have to leave a 1star review. This is not a rating of the eyelashes but of the customer service. I booked and paid a deposit to Eleanor, but the appointment had to be cancelled due to her family member having covid so I tried to reschedule. Really difficult communication, no replies for days so I asked for my deposit back, she agreed, but never paid. I have had no replies from the last 4messages so I've had to unfortunately resort to giving a bad review of the service. Very poor business.

I never thought my feet could look and feel great, I was always ashamed to have my feet out and so embarrassed by them, then I met Ellie. Ellie has worked some serious magic on my feet with microdermabrasion and pedicures but most importantly, has made me feel extremely relaxed and comfortable and never, for a single second, judged. I cant recommend her enough, beautiful person inside and out and literally a magician. Service: Pedicure

I have regular treatments ranging from Brows, lashes facials and aesthetic treatments such as fillers. I recommend OTIC beauty highly for all treatments shes truly amazing at all she does and works to you as an individual which gives it a much more personal feel being a client. Always professional and clean, runs amazing deals too but always great prices for the level of experience and knowledge shown in her work. Services: Tanning, Manicure
